Erica is a college admissions and access professional with 15 years of experience in higher education. With a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a M.Ed. in Urban Education from Temple University, Erica has devoted her career to demystifying the college admissions process and dismantling societal barriers to education for students of marginalized identities. Her ultimate passion is to see students of color, first-generation students, and students from low-income backgrounds succeed in college. In addition to her work in college guidance, Erica is a writer, editor, and public speaker. Originally from Detroit, Michigan she currently lives and works in Philadelphia, PA
